PEPSI is questioning what the fascination is with images of Michael Jackson's hair catching on fire while filming a Pepsi ad from the 1980s // the company asking in a press release statement, "We don't know how the footage became available. Twenty-five years later, we’d question why anyone would want to share such frightening images. It was a terrifying event that we'll never forget"
At the time, Michael Jackson was taken to the hospital with third degree burns..
Two days ago, images and video of Michael Jackson's fiery accident caught flames when it was dispersed all over the internet and then, as usual, cable news. Two 24-hour cycles later, Pepsi is asking itself how it can even stop the video from being spread.. As a matter of fact, it isn't even sure who owns the rights to the footage..
Over 20 years after the Michael Jackson accident, voyeurism is alive and well--perhaps much more so than in the Reagan era when Michael suffered the burns ...

JESSE FERRELL AT ACCUWEATHER POSTING THAT IT WAS 27 DEGREES IN MICHIGAN.. record cold as far as Pittsburgh .. The year without a summer in the Northeast continues.. It was close to 48 degrees in Schmuckraker territory the other evening (in Mid-July) ... the shocking cold at night making summer nights feel like late spring or early fall..

1918 here we come: WHO calls swine flu unstoppable.. says it resembles 1918 .. calls for vaccines for all..As the United States views movie blockbusters in theaters, enjoys the sunny heat, and anticipates long summer nights, something is brewing.. Whether it's being cooked by the WHO in the name of vaccines for all or by nature itself in creating an ever-mutating flu that is alarming researchers..
Yesterday, a study was revealed that said the current H1N1 swine flu is similar to the flu of 1918 .. In addition, they found that people who survived the 1918 pandemic seem to have extra immune protection against the virus!
With that in mind, today's news was even less hopeful: The WHO is calling the swine flu threat 'unstoppable' and says that the world needs to vaccine everyone--starting with healthcare workers and technicians.. The WHO goes on to say that every nation must choose who else would get priority after nurses, doctors and technicians..
MORE: Swine flu has caused concerns this summer at camps.. Closings are occurring around the nation .. British reports state that governments are stating that swine flu could exist for up to 5 years on earth..
Late today, news broke that 67 Air Force Academy cadets have the swine ..
This past weekend, President Obama warned of a return of swine flu this fall..
Orders have already been made for vaccines.. Children in America will be first this fall with vaccines in schools across the nation// The British government has ordered vaccines for all for autumn..
Accuweather says this fall and winter could be severe with swine for the Northeast and South..

Accuweather makes the call: El Nino could bring higher risk for H1N1 swine flu in Northeast and South, Basardi says..
Accuweather's winter forecast is coming out already soon, but forecaster Alex Sosnowski offers a hint of what Jumpmin Joe Bastardi has in store:
AccuWeather.com's Long Range Expert, Joe Bastardi is expecting a cold winter for much of the South and the Northeast this winter. Wetter than average conditions are expected along much of the Atlantic Seaboard. While normal precipitation is expected in California and the Southwest, that may imply a wetter winter for parts of that region than recent years.MORE..
Since early in 2009, Bastardi has been forecasting an El Niño for this fall and into this winter. The forecasted weather for the nation this winter is based on the expected presence and strength of El Niño at that time.
Colder and/or stormier conditions could raise people's risk of contracting H1N1 or other influenza. If Bastardi's winter weather forecast is correct, the projected winter for 2009-10 could have more people in the South and the Northeast indoors for longer periods of time than average this winter

Tiburon, California, says it will snap shots of license plates to battle crimes..
One resident said, "I personally don't see too much harm in it, because I have nothing to hide" ..
Unfortunately constitutional rights, Tiburon, are not based on whether a citizen has something to hide..they are based on rights from a creator and now the government..
