Some cars stuck along Interstate 81 for up to 17 hours.. Stories of wives, fathers, mothers, sons, children, all stuck in a massive traffic jam with hundreds upon hundreds of cars.. Several people across many parts of Pennsylvania have put blame on Governor Rendell.. some on Penn DOT.. some on drivers that went out in the great Valentine's Day snowstorm of 2007..
